Since 1995, he served as the off season performance coach with the NFL Carolina Panthers for eight years, worked with professional soccer teams in USA, France, England, Canada, and Brazil, and provided mental performance training for NASCAR teams, colleges, and NFL/MLB teams.

Coach Boone has personally coached 14 World Champions in six different sports over the past twenty five years, but his true passion is working with High School students and helping schools create a winning culture of magnetic leaders. The past two years he has worked extensively with CMS helping all nineteen schools create better experiences in sports and in the classroom.
